Our factory covers an area of 12,000 square meters and has 300 workers , which is equipped with advanced production facilities & laboratory includingd hydraulic pressing machines,plastic injection machines and polishingmachines,ultrasonic washing machine, and various test facilities, etc Also with the strong R&D ability, HYDER built up the work teamsincluding professionals in management,R&D team and skilled workers.

All the main parts and components produced by ourselves independently. Our factory passed ISO9001:2015 and BSCi, the products have got the GS,CE,EMC,CB,RoHs,LFGB,ETL,CETL,FDA certificates with reliable guaranteed quality .HYDER is a reliable supplier to the customers worldwide and dedicated to offering full solutions to the customers from product design,researching and development, manufacturing ,quality control and excellent service.We are willing to have mutually beneficiary cooperation with the customer from domestic and abroad.

Factory Workshop

We sourced our raw materials from certified supplers and processing inhouse. For example, metacutting/ puching& stamping/polishing/Ultrosonice cleaning Hyder has advanced production equipments It includes automatic cuting machine, metal stamping&punching machines, 2 ultrasonic cleaning lines, automaticallypolishing machines, etc Metal cutting/stamping/polishing/cleaning of the products are all done in the factory, the quality of each processingprocedure is strictly controlled.

There are total 14 set of plastic injection machines in Hyder and 2 of them are specialized in food-grade contact.

Assembly Lines

There are 3 top assembly lines in Hyder to ensure the stable production and on time delivery toour customers. Monthly production capacity is around 100,000-120,000 pcs;We strive for effiency while maintaining high quality.

Quality Assurance

Each of products on the production line would be carried 100% functional test Such as boil dry/high-pot'grounding/water immersion and visual test. The QA team strictly controls the product quality and carry random inspection during the production process to ensurethe stability of the quality of mass production goods；

Hyder has a strong QA and QE team. Before new products lauch market, the pilot run of production and evaluationprocedures of new products are strictly implemented to ensure the quality of products Hyder has an automatic life test machine to ensure product can pass at least 6.000. 10.000 life-cycle tests.
